What's the typical project cost?

Foundation work ranges from £5K to £30K+ depending on complexity and scope. More detail on our pricing page.

How long does the process take?

Six to eight weeks from kickoff to developer handoff, depending on tier and complexity. This includes collaborative workshops, regular review sessions, and complete deliverables at the end. You'll have a clear timeline before we start.

Do you work with early-stage startups?

Yes, frequently. Many startups use our specifications with cost-effective build approaches, AI tools, offshore developers, freelancers, to get to market faster and cheaper than traditional agency routes. You should have validated your core idea and have funding or revenue to invest in getting the foundation right.

What if we already have developers?

Perfect. We'll work closely with your technical team, especially during the technical validation sessions. Many clients use us specifically because their developers are brilliant at building but don't have capacity for deep user research and psychology-driven design.

Can you sign an NDA?

Absolutely. We work with sensitive business ideas and confidential information regularly. Standard NDAs are no problem, and we're happy to review custom agreements.

What if I'm not sure what my project needs yet?

Most people aren't, and that's what the discovery call is for. Tell us about your idea, where you are, and what you're working with. We'll recommend a starting point and explain the thinking behind it. No obligation, no pitch.

Are you taking on new projects right now?

We work with 2–3 projects simultaneously to ensure quality and attention. Current availability varies, so book a discovery call or send project details to discuss timing. Even if we're at capacity, we can usually schedule your project start within 3–4 weeks.
